3-D screens – working in open space

Holographic displays are tomorrow's touchscreens

The future will bring many virtual, hapticly intangible technologies with it. This is what will happen to our computer monitors from the early Noughties: they will be replaced by new technologies in 2040.

In the year 2040, the classic TV screen will be a thing of the past. Hardly anybody will still work with a computer under the table and a flat screen monitor on the desk – too slow, not interactive nor intuitive enough.

40 years after the invention of the smartphone with touchscreen, program interfaces with holographic 3D displays will be replacing physical monitors with LED technology. The new holographic technology, which allows to have freely scalable screen surfaces in front of oneself – in open space by laser projection – will be connected to the internet via Cloud systems which will have access to classical computers but can also fall back on quantum computers for more complex tasks. Computer resources will be a service and no longer personal hardware.

Modern holography technology opens up new possibilities for accessing information – flexibly and detached from space and device. The previous working world is thus experiencing a revolution. The latest developments in the production of copper alloys make this progress possible.

The Holo-displays can be used in a variety of ways – whether freely in the room or on surfaces, they can be used anywhere and regardless of weather conditions. All you will need is a modern laser beamer with internet radio connection – permanently installed or mobile for your pocket.

New technologies such as Holo-displays and data traffic, which will be growing by a factor of 1,000 to 10,000, place completely new demands on data processing based on energy-saving computer technologies – with regard to data security, power consumption and cooling. New developments in metal alloys will make this progress possible.
